Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we're unable to accept returns for size/color preference changes. However, your satisfaction matters to us:

• Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
• Wrong item received: If we made an error, we'll fix it fast at no cost to you.
• Sizing: Please check our size chart carefully before ordering, as we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
